Duplicate columns in User Control Panel / Board preferences / Edit notification options

There are two columns with the same heading title "Notifications".
(The expected notification types are "Web" & "E-mail")

weirdly enough, that last column is labeled "bookmark notification" - strange stuff in our forum software.

Now one of my posts has disappeared. I wrote 2 posts after joining, but in my profile it says that I only wrote 1.
