Wireless Belgium in the news (dutch)

I was on the news a few months ago

We have in belgium a wireless network with more than hundred nodes, covering belgium from east to west

the problem i had was when i diconnected my usb gps whithout closing the program, and when i plugged it in again i had also problems ...

whit gps gate is dont need to open a port again and i had also less blue screens

I did make changes on my antenna cable about 8 times.

last time the connection at the N-connector was boken .


in the futere i will scan more with a mini pc in my car (like the pcengines ALIX1C boards) it uses 12V 1A

and when i have my HSDPA card i will make a mobile hotspot from it.

I use a diamond MG-200 antenna mounted on a 14db pre-amp .... and then i have 5 meters coax to my card, with the 14db extra gain i have no problems with the lengt of my cable.

Place you preamp directly under your antenna ....

I don't know what the police are like in Belgium, but here in the U.S. a setup like that would likely get you pulled over even though you are within legal limits.
