I've also been using a Dell 1150 with Orinoco Firmware. Recently changed the Hard MAC address on it using Alchemy. I just got a 300mW card, and am going to try stumbling with my 19dB panel ;) I will make sure not to get my eyes or testicles in the beamwidth though! the EIRP on this thing is 43dB...w...

I had a friend who had an SMC card burn up on him. I'm trying out a Demarc 300mW, and so far it's great! A bit on the spendy side though.
