Well here it is, the finished product (as of now). You can download APs from WiGLE.net and then save and load lists for local viewing while you wardrive (I reccomend the addition of the GPS plugin found here ). First of all, you need to have World Wind version 1.3.2. After downloading World Wind 1.3...

I'll give this idea a shot. I love C#, I love World Wind, and I love wardriving. I guess that's all there is to it!
