Re: Wardriving with 3 antennas, channel 1,6,11, or scanning?

Here in Norway, channel 1-13 is legal, as many other places in the world ;)

Re: Can't upload logfile (error, too big)

I have now managed to split up the file by hand, and uploaded it successfully,
but that took som work, as the file was at 2.000.000 lines

I really hope somone writes a script/program to do that before I need to do

Can't upload logfile (error, too big)

Hi. I'm trying to upload a logfile from kismet, but I get an error message that it is too big. the .gpsxml file is at 443,8MB, and is compressed to a 16,5MB tar.gz archive which I have tried to upload, with no success. Is this possible to resolve somehow? is it possible to raise the file-size limit,...

Yes, I could add another card for scanning, but I was wondering if the channel overlap would make having the cards set at channel 1,6, and 11 would give a better result, than having all three cards scanning. (Evenly distrubuted across the spectrum.) Having read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IEEE_802....

If I remember, I will upload the files seperatly the next time, with the .netxml file first, and the .nett...

Region

I know it is a long time since last post in this thread, but I want to say that the problem still exists.

I had the same problem, and solved it by changing locale to English (US).
(From Norwegian)

I hope you still are able to make a fix for it :)
