I looked inside the JiGLE-0.7.5.tar.gz tarball I downloaded and there was no WiGLEAPI.properties file inside.

I'm using Ubuntu 9.10. My Kismet starts and runs. My JiGLE starts, but authentication fails. Then the default demo map loads. I can connect JiGLE to Kismet okay.
