hi, yes aircrack is for WEP, not WPA. how many IV packets did you get, that is more important than the capture size.

can i get my .CSV files back?

i've been wanting to play around with gpsmap, and (too often) i happily delete my kismet *.csv files after i upload them (oooh! i moved up two notches).

is it possible to get my uploaded data consolidated and get a local copy of it from wigle? the individual files might be better, if possible

kismet+GPSdrive+MySQL can draw AP's on a map on the fly. it will put the AP on at the first point it can detect it. on subsequent drives, it's cool to watch it move them around and place them more accurately as it get more GPS data. this was drawn live as i drove: http://204.202.9.122/~ssanders/gpsd...

hi, i do not know about your USB GPS, but the kismet.conf file sets where the logs are kept. if you are using knoppix-std you can create a persistent home directory on HD, floppy or USB key. if you store the log files in a persistent home directory, the kismet logs can then be read by Windows. in ST...
