Oh oh unless it was a california thing I don't think I broke anything. Sometimes I have noticed around 11pm california time that web maps goes off...

last updated" timestamp of when maps were last synched. I thought it was being done dymanically but it appears not, a lot of areas show to be blank but already are counted somehow :) not sure if you guys are adding a decaying factor where they disappear from the map and do not count them again....
