Use Wigle Blue as communication messaging Tool

Hello,
i have found the wonderfull application "Wigle Blue" on the Android market. The Bluetooth search without stop is an great communication/messaging tool. Here in Munich city have very many people Bluetooth on their devices visible with an Text for other searcher. The text can be a Homepage Name (advertising), a personal message, a funny text and more other.
Its very funny to search on places where are very many people.
