BUG report: cannot enter 5/G channel in manual input page.

The Channel only have 1 to 14 but not the 5G channel choice.
Also, it would be great to have a check box like following
o : I declared that i own these piece of equipment with the stated BSSID/SSID
which we suppose each people can have 2-3 piece equipment declared, and thus greatly improve the accuracy.
