Empty Export

When I try to export the db and the run as csv and kml from the data tab, I get empty files. I could see the program running and scanning but in the dash tab I have "DB Nets: 0". What is the problem? How it could be fixed? I tried it on other phone and it is working. I removed the app from the a phone which has issues (android 4.4.2) and it still generate no data export.

It sounds like the local database on the device is either empty or corrupted. You can try and take the sqlite file off to a computer and diagnose, but there may be not much you can do if the database is corrupt. You can try a different sd card if it is replaceable, we've had other users who've had issues with db corruption fix their issues that way.
