Retrieving uploads in CSV

I would like to compile all my observations, but i've cleared the DB on my Android Wigle app. I tried going to https://wigle.net/uploads but the problem is that
- The only format available is KML
- The SSIDs in the KML are ASCII only (unicode chars appear as ?). EDIT: this seems to be how Wigle accepts input because SSIDs used to be alphanumeric only?
- The number of <Placemark> tags in the KML doesn't tally with the stats on the uploads page. For example 20171030-00431 has 5374 Placemarks but the uploads page shows:
