Problems with queue and language

Hi,
my english is pretty bad, so i had this text translated automatically.
- In the wigle app it looks like this with the German translation in the upload area:
- if English is given as the language it looks like this:
- should it be like that or is there a mistake?
- why do I keep getting the message that some files are in the queue? even if 0 is reached, it does not take long until there again e.g. 6.13 or 2 stands. even if I haven't uploaded anything new for a long time. I never get a permanent 0.
on the website all my uploads look like this:
