How to show found wlans after DB reimport

Hello,
i downgraded to EMUI 8.0 and imported my DB. The import worked i think as the DB-icon shows 2526 on the Network List view.
But what do i have to do thatalso in the Map view the found wlans are shown with the blue blue ballon icon?
When i click in Map view on the google maps icon in the lower right corner then google maps opens and all already found wlans are visible.
Why not in the "normal" Map view?
