Weird. Since yesterday's upgrade, the upload form shows new completed uploads as "9%" complete, instead of 100%. The files do seem to be parsed correctly, they're just being reported incorrectly. http://www.wigle.net/gps/gps/User/trans/

I noticed that on mine, no idea what's causing that. I'll have to investigate.

Turns out to be a change in how floats are defined in the db, I'm getting this cleaned up now.
