A quick search on Google suggests the answer is no. I searched a bunch of things. The RAZR uses A-GPS. From what I could find, I don't think A-GPS can output the proper coordinates to be used in Kismac? Because in some cases it isn't receiving actual GPS coordinates, because it isn't 100% GPS. There were varying results on if that version of RAZR can run java. If it can't then the answer is most likely "no" as well.

I guess the biggest question is, why not just get a GPS puck that is easy to setup and won't require you to have to waste battery life, or have to have your cell phone plugged in all the time. If you receive a call, does the GPS temporarily turn off? That may cause problems with the software, or lower possible "w/ GPS" numbers, which defeats the purpose of the whole thing.

Nokias with GPS will let you do this (Symarctic ExtGPS) - that works for me. However, I don't know of any Motorolas that will.

I suggest you buy a USB GPS - they are not expensive.
