Wigle.net don't load in IE8 over Win XP SP3?

Hi.
I discovered that the page does not load from internet explorer 8 on windows xp sp3.

It say "Could not establish trust relationship for SSL/TLS secure channel".

It work ok with chrome or firefox but not with Internet explorer. As well work good in windows 7 with any browser.

anyone else have this problem?

I think I found the problem, see if someone can confirm.

In a public discussion ([bug 927045]), it has been recommended to replace RC4 with 3DES. This would impact Internet Explorer 7 and 8 users that, depending on the OS, do not support AES, and will negotiate only RC4 or 3DES ciphers. Internet Explorer uses the cryptographic library “schannel”, which is OS dependent. schannel supports AES in Windows Vista, but not in Windows XP.
