usb-c Adapter that can charge and ethernet at the same time?

Last year i bought 2 devices on ebay
i have a cellphone which i want to leave plugged in all the time, and online all the time,
i dont carry it with me, it stays at home all the time,
i was hoping i could ethernet and charge at the same time,
but it didn't work,
the adapter is useless, i can only use one at the same time,
i think it might be for listening to music and charging at the same time
anyone know of any adapters?
