well, depends what part of "europe" you're looking at, and if you've waited for the wigle tiles to load. most of europe west of România has lots of coverage (some more than others)

There appears to be a error in the plotting of points on the Google maps. If I select any of the three least-detailed settings for the Google scale (ie, showing the whole world), the plots are clearly a long way out of position. The points for Australia are a long way south of the land mass, and the points for the United States are displaced northwards by a similar distance.
