World Wide War Drive 4: Complete

Whelp, the World Wide War Drive 4 is all over now. It was a heck of a ride: 278,392 located networks in 8 days. Many thanks to Roamer for asking us to take up the challenge of handling all this data. It was a great motivator for getting some scalability enhancements in. And we got a *lot* of data in a short amount of time. File queues up in the 90's...sheesh.

And of course, thanks to all the submitters, as always you folks make this work. See you at Defcon...
