New Server (done)

From the Google ads, and beating up our developers and stealing their lunch money, we've scraped together enough funds to get a faster server. It will be going in the afternoon of Jan 19th, so there will be some down-time while things are moved over. Hopefully this will make parsing faster, and make the webmaps more available. For those keeping track, this will be the 4th machine WiGLE has lived on. You keep drivin', and we'll keep upgradin'.

[Edit]: The move was completed successfully. Some dust is settling, but most everything is up and working.

Gah, the db and the file lock got out of sync. I should move that to only be in the db. at any rate, uploading should work now

Any chance you could re-open up IRC port 10101? All of us Augustana folk are still cut off by our network admins "blocking viruses". (I had a 3 page rant right here but deleted it for the sake of the reader. )
