Hello.
They stole the PC and would like to location. who can point me to do it, knowing that I have all information like the MAC address and serial number?

The serial number won't do much good unless you or the police have the laptop right in front of you.
I don't think it is possible (or extremely difficult) to track a computer's location by MAC Address alone. For one, they are easy to change. Two, unless you're connected to the same network, you won't be able to find the MAC address.
Best bet would be to install tracking software (Prey for example) before your device becomes stolen. The only thing you can do is contact your local police and report it stolen; maybe they will come across it.
