well i want to do war driving and maybe put it on wigle
I glad that your answering the posts. I can tell you that my patience is at my end.

Wardriving is fun, from it I have learned wireless networking/security and that Linux wasn't that hard :D

You need to give more information in your posts. What's the saying "help us help you"

I say dont...Considering this file shows up as a virus.


AVG detects this as a Worm/Autoit.PKW detected on open.

False Positive

Thank for clearing that up. Id rather have people know it did show up. Also did you check to make sure that the lik he sent is the false positive or was it from some where else. Because from the link i got from his post also shows Norton 360 detected same worm.

I didn't look into it very far. I run Avast and occasionally run Microsoft's Safety scanner, nothing found.

I'd imagine it's showing up as a false positive because of some scripts used in interfacing with Vista's wireless engine. Some virus scanners get a little aggressive with scripts.

I'd take anything Norton says with a barge of salt.
