i need wigle for my webapp help!!!

I'm trying to contact any admin at info@wigle.net with no success, so i write here..

I'm still developing a software to recover stolen apple macs...
a client app to install on Mac and a webapp to manage and collect data from
stolen client;
i can retrieve ip addresses, webcam and desktop pics, also i can
get ssid and bbsid of nearby wifi access points...
I want to share this service for free, can u tell me if you wont to give me
access at your database. I will give you full credits on my page.
My website will be in english language, the programming language i use is PHP
and MySql.
Now i'm still going out of Alpha version..

I have no problem get there, try to use mibbit to log there ( its online irc client )
