SQL SELECT on Wigle database ?
Is it possible to issue an SQL select on the whole Wigle Database (the one at wigle.net) via an SQL client, to get the same table columns that are in our own WiGLEWiFi.SQLITE database Location and Network tables?
I tried the online form (http://wigle.net/gps/gps/GPSDB/query/) to query Lat/Lons around my vicinity but found BSSID and SSID, Lat, Lon and time, but I would like to get Capabilities (from the Network Table), plus Altitude, and Accuracy (from the Location table). Also, I would like to be able to do a download of a CSV, TSV or similar instead of one web-page of 100 entries at a time.
Is the source code for the /gps/gps/GPSDB/query/ and /gps/gps/main/confirmquery/ available?
Cheers, Mark.

Ok. Thanks for that. Is there a reason for that ? Is it 'no, and no, not ever', or 'no, but maybe sometime in the future'?no, and no.
Just a hunch based on what I've seen of the project so far. The Android war-driving client uses the super-cool lightweight SQlitealso, what makes you think it is a sql database?

what, never?
well, hardly ever!
