from the readme text for Digle (for Windows XP)
Your file heirarchy should read:
<installdir>\DiGLE.exe (your exe name may vary as "DiGGLER")
<installdir>\JiGLEMap\maps\<mappacks and images>
Should you also put the JiGLE-0.7.5 files (.java, .jar, run.bat, build.xml etc) in this directory? I originally did & ran "run.bat", first then the executable which did open the interface, but when I try to connect to this site it's prompting me something like "can't create file to Jingle/Data/<choosemappack>.gz

maybe related?:
If DiGLE cannot write to <installdir>\data, you'll have
problems.
OK now its working but don't know how to query for more data from this site

If you change counties, that will query wigle.net for more new points. If you have only downloaded one county, you should still have the default mappack that came with JiGLE. Switch to that and back to your county and that should update.

I'm having trouble with this, since it's a new topic I posted it here
