Hey Blackwave...When were you in Odenton, MD? I just finished mapping that town and saw you had hit a few points previously. You must have a travel job.

"The Collective" once was an entity of undisclosed members that would share NS1 data files by uploading or e-mailing them, where each week all the NS1 files would be collected combined and set into a master file for each of the contributing members to download, all data aquired also was posted on the current AP Database servers. These members came from all around the world and remained anonymous to each other.
Personally, I reside in Irvine, California, USA so it was certainly a once member which will remain undisclosed from "The Collective" that logged the data that you see.
"The Collective" was disbanded as of November 4th 2002.
