No gps-able devices are corrupting Wigle
There is some of a malfunction with AP that do not have GPS info. Do this to see what I mean:
1- Drive along without any gps device, then upload your no-gps wardriving file to Wigle.
2- Drive the same path WITH a gps device, then upload your new file.
3- Watch the map. You will not see any of your discovered AP.
The problem is: if an AP is first seen without a gps-able device, it will never appear on the map.
Even through its gps coordinates are uploaded later, it will not be counted as a "new network with gps" and it will not be added on the map.
So I think those AP without gps info should be removed from the Wigle base. And the parser should prevent them from being recorded.

Just wait ! Points are drawing in hours intervals.
No filter on the map.
Exemple of SSID that do not appear:
Transaction id 20100923-00241 was made in the same area with a gps device.
None of the AP that are in the first file is shown on the map.

Ah, you are correct. This is a fun wrinkle of an issue with the runtime updating that we've been meaning to fix for a while. Those networks will show up on the map after the full rebuild that I just ran by hand, and that normally happens on Sunday morning, Chicago time.
Out of curiosity, does this only affect the web map?
I may have seen something for some points under JiGLE but I had not narrowed down a repeatable case enough to say anything. I know from previous discussions that the web map doesnt get updated until 5-6am CST unless that has changed with using Google to view the data. My habit has been to update JiGLE for the counties I've driven after I've uploaded the data and sometimes it may take a day or so for the data to display. It could have been during a different update issue, but I use it more as a guide of where has been driven recently through the arbitrary date slider.
I just wish it was possible to script a query that would update all of the county bounding boxes one right after another. I have about 50 counties loaded into the app as both vector and raster. Ideally something I could launch and then go to bed. You wouldn't need to wait for every map to display before proceeding to the next one. Pie in the sky I'd like to select which areas would get updated in that way, but all is better than none.
