WiGLE and access point IP address

Hello,
Can WiGLE get and save access point's IP address to KML ?
If yes, how can i do that?

wigle is a wifi broadcast radio beacon survey, not an internet connectivity one.

It is possible for a program to do a deeper packet inspection on open networks and record the IP, at which point you are no longer wardriving and instead are likely doing "unauthorized use of a computer network" which may be a crime depending on where you live. Our stumbling program for Android cannot record this information, and WiGLE does not store this information even if a user uploaded it.
