Timestamps
Hi
I'm a new user in Sweden and I noticed that the timestamps in the Wigle DB are confusing.
Example after one test:
New SSID: Gotanet-WiFi
firsttime: 2012-07-31 16:31:20
lasttime: 2012-07-31 09:35:08
firsttime > lasttime!
Firsttime is local time in Sweden (GMT-2)
Lasttime is local time somewhere in the US.
I think the timestamps should be normalized, either to GMT or to the users local timezone.

you're up against a couple of things: firsttime is user-reported, so... it is whenever (and in whatever timezone, if any)
lasttime is us central currently, and could probably do with being UTC-ified.
