So I picked an area with no data and did some scanning that shows about 600 devices in that area.

First uploads from Android don't seem to do anything (Android Ver 12 - ColorOS Ver 12.1)

So I exported the KML file and uploaded it to WiGLE manually, this took over an hour to process and is now 100%. This upload however shows no networks of any kind, on the android APP in MAP view you can see the discovered networks but still, nothing is added or shown on https://wigle.net/

Am I missing something?

I am wondering if something is up, I submitted a file with 24k lines in an area that I knew had not been scanned and I am showing 0 new wifi or bluetooth. Had 11k nets and 10k bluetooth. I find it hard to believe not even one of them was new especially in an unscanned area.

Has anyone else got any input on this?

you're welcome to contact WiGLE-admin[at]wigle.net over email with the transids (from your Uploads page) in question. Usually, this means that your GPS wasn't working or wasn't working right, but there are many possible explanations.

mattredz - WiGLE app/site export KML isn't suitable for upload. See https://wigle.net/uploads or if you're getting this from the client, just use the CSV output or upload button. How did you get/upload these files?

jradr - The CSV format is invalid (see https://api.wigle.net/csvFormat.html for details, notably your date/time stamps are bad). where did you get those files?
