Login issue from smartphone
Hi, I just registered today and on my andorid phone works good, but I noticed that If I try to login from smartphone browser to wigle.net I have the error: "Unable to validate this user"... but the fact is if I login from computer seems like I'm logged ok... dunno what's happening. can anyone could check my account please? Thanks
A couple of things to check:
- smartphones love auto-capitalizing first letters and auto-correcting - passwords ARE case-sensitive.
- if you're using a VPN or other proxy software on your phone, sometimes those get listed as invalid
- if all else fails, you can reset your password
(nothing weird about your account - looks good)
