DB was down, MapPack generation currently off

The DB was down while we moved it to the colo machine, it is currently back up. MapPack generation is currently off while we get all the old MapPacks back on. This should only take a day or so. Hopefully you'll notice speed improvements, as this is a much faster machine on a much better network connection.
